Adhering to the Highest Standard

Advent complies with HIPAA and HITECH requirements and maintains the highest levels of data security and protection throughout our information technology systems, staff data use and data transfer processes.

Advent has never experienced a reportable HIPAA breach and prides itself on making protection of client data its highest priority.

Our data transmission and maintenance requirements ensure that all data are transmitted, maintained and stored at or above required levels of security.

Secure Client Web Portals

Advent’s fully integrated, secure client web portals offer a central location for tracking audit progress, communicating review findings, posting audit documentation, and downloading essential resources.  Each Advent client has access to their organization-specific site, providing one-stop, real-time access to critical information—24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The web portals not only provide audit-specific documentation on each client-specific site but also provide access to Advent educational and training materials, and NCQA, IHA, HHS and CMS links and applicable documents, so they can be referenced when you need them.  All client sites include 128-bit SSL encryption.  SSL technology fully encrypts data uploaded to and downloaded from the site so unauthorized parties cannot read it during transmission.
